The GLADIATORS have been masters of the reggae arena since
1965. Group leader Albert Griffiths, known for his work at the legendary Studio
One with artists like Ethiopians, Burning Spear, Mighty Diamonds and John Holt,
lead the band to many hits in the late 1960s, including "Hello Carol,"
"Bongo Red," and "Roots Natty." They remain one of the most
influential reggae groups of the past 30 years.
Gladiators
return in 2005 with the fresh new “Father And Sons” album, recorded at
Anchor studios in Jamaica. Faithful to his roots compositions, Albert
Griffiths delivers reggae massive full of heart, force, and courage.
