Artist, performer, producer Tappa Zukie has been a prominent force in the roots of reggae music for more than 20. Wether behind the microphone or the mixing board, Tappa has built a catalogue of quality and consistency that stand tall next to any discography. Born David Sinclair in 1955, Tappa Zukie's career as a young youth in the sound systems during the height of classic DeeJays like U Roy, Prince Jazzbo, Dennis Alcapone, and Big Youth. A close relationship with top 70s producer Bunny "Striker" Lee and an extended stay performing in the United States helped quickly boost Tappa towards international renown.
